The Originator of the Year award is recognizing an originator who had a great 2019. If you had an increase in loan volume, more loans closed, open a new branch, or made an impact in your community, we want to hear from you!
When judging this category, the following criteria will be considered:
- Loan Volume: 2018 vs 2019
- Loans Closed: 2018 vs 2019
- Years in the industry
- Professional Recognition & Accolades
- Personal Achievements
The Woman of Distiction award recognizes the outstanding female trailblazer in the mortgage industry whose astounding personal and professional achievements have earned them a place among the industry’s best.
When judging this category, the following criteria will be considered:
- professional accomplishments over the last 5 years (business initiatives in which the nominee played a critical role, new business brought to the company, innovative ideas, etc.)
- demonstrate promotion, influence and championing of women within the mortgage industry
- leadership of professional associations
- other relevant accolades and involvements (charitable work, accomplishments outside the industry, etc.)
The Young Gun of the Year award is celebrating a mortgage professional that had an amazing 2019 and is under the age of 35. To be considered for this award, you need to be 35 or under on March 26th, 2020.
When judging this category, the following criteria will be considered:
- You must be in the mortgage industry for at least 3 years
- Loan Volume: 2018 vs 2019
- Loans Closed: 2018 vs 2019
- Professional Recognition & Accolades
- Personal Achievements
