Description

Award of excellence for the lender business development manager (BDM) with three years or less experience in the industry who offers superb service to brokers, ensuring deals are funded quickly and efficiently, as well as being proactive in educating brokers on products and lender requirements.

Criteria

• Finalists are required to submit supporting documentation for the judges.
• Must have worked as a Lender BDM for less than 3 years’ but more than 1 year however are permitted to have worked in the mortgage industry for more than 3 years, in a different capacity to lender underwriter. For the 2017 awards, this means they began their career as a lender BDM between December 2013 and January 2016
• When judging this category, the BDMs ability to build & manage relationships, understanding their broker business, the value they add to the brand they represent & the broker channel will be key considerations.
