Criteria
- Finalists will be asked to provide details on how they engage & keep long standing connections with their clients
- go the extra mile to give outstanding clients outstanding service
- demonstrate solutions that center on retaining client trust & building winning loyalty programs
- Criteria for judges include: communication, Engagement & loyalty strategies. Telephone and face-to-face service will also be taken into consideration
